Here are our terms, conditions and general trading information. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and supersede all others. Receipt of acknowledgment of order by you, constitutes your acceptance that our conditions apply to the contract notwithstanding any purported terms put forward by you.

Payment

Payment will be made prior to work commencing, unless other terms have been agreed by us in writing.

Discounts

Any discounts offered are under the firm understanding that accounts are paid by the due date. Strange Dog reserves the right to invoice any discounts to invoices or accounts that are overdue.

Overdue Accounts

No services or goods will be delivered on accounts which are more than 14 days in arrears. We reserve the right to pass on to you any charges for legal proceedings or collections where this has been necessary to obtain payment from you.

Products

Strange Dog reserves the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice. While every effort is made to describe goods accurately, no warranty is given for accuracy.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days after the initial quote date. Any price or quotes are subject to change at any point without notice, including advertised offers.

GST

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but delivery dates are a best estimate and no liability will be accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. In addition, any deadlines must be communicated to Strange Dog at the time of the order, and Strange Dog reserves the right to cancel orders if it is not possible to meet the deadline. Strange Dog will communicate this to you as soon as it becomes known to us.

Claims

Claims arising from damages, delay or loss in transit must be made in writing to us, within 5 days of delivery.

All claims regarding the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise the goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality or quantity within the terms of the contract.

Design

Once your design project is initiated and any artwork has been created by Strange Dog Print and Design, the artwork payments made by you are non-refundable, and will be billed if you have an account with us.

Any changes to your work above the quoted hours or number of changes will be billable. Payment may be requested up front for additional changes.

Proofs

Please check all proofs and documents submitted to us thoroughly. Once you have approved a proof, all responsibility passes to you. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, spelling, punctuation, or content.

Complaints

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your files or goods. Complaints should be sent to eddie@strangedog.design. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund.

Refund Policy

We do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully.

For custom (made-to-order) products, please make sure you’ve given us all the information we require to complete your order, before we make it. If the custom products are faulty then we will make it right, but we cannot accommodate a change of mind.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
